Another method to notify Clockwork of issue with the Mobile App. This function will need to be turn on manually in the Settings of the Mobile App.
- Tap on the profile settings icon on the upper right portion of the screen.
- In the profile settings page, on the upper right section of the screen, Tap on the gear/settings icon.
- In the settings page, scroll down and look for the option Shake for Help.
- When this feature is turn on, shaking your mobile phone will bring up the debugging questionnaire.
